Muay Boran ist eine effektive thailändische Kampfkunst. Sie ist der Vorläufer des modernen Thaiboxens (Muay Thai). Muay Boran ist die waffenlose Disziplin des alten Krabi Krabong, der Waffentechniken der Siamesen/Thais. Muay Boran eignet sich sehr gut für die Selbstverteidigung. Es ist einfach zu erlernen und ist sehr effektiv in der Anwendung. Wir legen Wert auf die klassischen Grund-Kampftechniken (Mae Mai und Luk Mai), daneben aber auch auf erweiterte Kampftechniken der "9 Waffen" (2 Hände, " Ellbogen, 2 Knie, " Füsse und 1 Kopf). Lockeres Sparring, Partnerübungen, Pratzentraining, sowie Thai-Yoga und Meditationstechniken runden alles ab. Es ist ein gutes Fitnesstraining.
